The Governor runs the prison overall and the administrative duties behind the scenes. He/She is usually working on improving the quality of life of both the prisoners and guards but also responds and deals with reports made against guards. The Governor along with the remaining administration works closely with the CMG Development team and Management for any future updates to the prison.

The Deputy Governor assists the Governor in his daily duties and would also oversee all of the prison guards as well as all different regions within the prison. Deputy Governor also assists the Governor in decisions such as removing or adding region leadership if deemed necessary.

The Divisional Commander assists the Governor and Deputy Governor with the daily running of the prison. This can be anything from ensuring safe conduct for prisoners and staff. The Divisional Commander also ensures all divisions are active and representing HMPS to the best standard.

This rank is given to those who have shown lots of dedication to command duties inside of CMG Prison Service and have worked their way to become head of a division. They also assist HQ in doing more administration-based tasks.
Custodial Officer
Pay: £87,500
This rank is given to those who have shown lots of dedication to command duties inside of CMG Prison Service and have worked their way to become deputy heads of a division.
Supervising Officer
Pay: £67,500
This is who you should contact if you have any questions or concerns about the prison or any feedback you want to give. They are also the ones who will be regularly hosting various training events, such as: Drone and k9. People who get promoted to Supervising Officer can apply for Operational Command which means you are part of CMG Prison Service Command team.
Principal Officer
Pay: £57,000
This rank is given to those who have been a specialist officer for a period of time and have shown good consistency of commitment and hours in CMG Prison Service.
Specialist Officer
Pay: £50,000
This rank is given to those who have been a senior officer for a period of time and have shown good consistency of commitment and hours in CMG Prison Service.
Senior Officer

This rank is given to those who have been a prison officer for a period of time and have shown some commitment and hours in CMG Prison Service.
Prison Officer

This rank is given to those who have completed their 5 hours as a trainee prison officer.
Trainee Prison Officer
Pay: £35,000
This is the first rank in CMG Prison Service, once completing your training you remain as a trainee prison officer until you have completed 5-10 hours of playtime depending on age where you will then be promoted to prison officer.
