Monthly Report
HMPS Monthly Report
This report is made at the end of each month to report on how HMPS is handling reports, and to give an insight into the current staff of the prison. HMPS takes reports very seriously, and the PPR team reviews all evidence provided. This report shows how many reports, punishments, and removals are handed out in the month.

How do I join HMPS?
If you would like to apply to join HMPS, you may do so by creating an application on the official CMG Forums. Subsequently, you will need to wait until your application has been reviewed by HQ. You will get a response posted on your application within 24 hours with a message saying either ACCEPTED or DENIED. If your application gets accepted, you will be invited to take an interview on the CMG TeamSpeak, where we will then ask you various questions in order to determine your understanding of the faction. How do I progress within HMPS?
In HMPS, there are a few ways you can progress within the faction. You are able to be promoted to higher ranks within HMP, which can unlock perks such as higher pay checks, additional trainings such as Glock training, K9 training, Drone training, and more! You can also apply for certain Divisions such as Recruitment, TRG, and Transport.
What would my job be as a Prison Guard?
HMPS is a role that requires you to be able to handle and take care of stressful and dangerous situations, it is about guarding, serving, and protecting the prison. High standards are to be expected from all guards. As a Prison Officer, you can host various events around the prison such as Yard time, Gym time, Laundry time, Cooking time, and more!
What is a Division and how do I join one?
The definition of a Division in HMPS is a department within our ranks. A division allows you to play a different role within the prison. After your recruitment process and glock training, you are able to join the Transport Division. Upon reaching the rank of Senior Officer, you gain the possibility of applying to the Recruitment and Tactical Response Group Divisions. How do I report a Prison Guard?
To report a prison guard, you need to join the Official CMG HMPS Discord server here, and head over to the #hmp-complaints channel. You need to react to the ticket message, and you must provide evidence and a brief description of what the guard did wrong. If you have information about their name and perm ID then you should also include that in the message. If there is no proof of the rule break, we cannot do anything about it.
When can we drive the HMPS Golf Cart?
The Golf Cart is strictly only to be used by command members. However, if you boost the HMPS Discord, you have the right to drive the cart as a thank you from us.
What is Headquarters?
Headquarters is one of the three levels of command within HMPS. The other two levels are Tactical Command and Operational Command. They are responsible for (a) bringing in new ideas that may come from suggestions, (b) deciding promotions of deserving members (c) dealing with the reports and punishments, (d) meetings, and (e) overall making sure HMPS can succeed. They are the final line of call if a member of Tactical Command was unable to sort your issue.
What is Tactical and Operational Command?
Tacical Command in HMPS is Divisional Command. Its members manage their respective Division and are in charge of making sure Operational Command are being responsible and carrying out their command duties. Members of Tactical Command are ranked as either "Custodial Officer" or "Custodial Supervisor" in the HMPS discord and can be contacted for any issues if Operational Command can't help you.
Operational Command members are there to deal with minor issues and are the first step in the command structure for asking general questions. The rank of Operational Command is Supervising Officer.
What is the weekly minimum hour requirement?
When you are apart of HMPS, you have to meet the weekly minimum hours requirement to be considered an active member of the faction. You need to have at least 2 hours every week to be considered active, and the more hours you have, the better your chances will be of receiving a promotion.
